The #1 cutting blade cuts 1 strip at a time. The strips may be from 1/2 inch up to 2 inches in width. This is a great size if you are a weaver making a rag rug. It is also very handy if you are a rug braider and want to cut your braiding strips. The #1 will fit ONLY the Fraser 500-1 cutter (not the Bliss).
