Prairie Merino - DARK Gray

This is Merino wool formed into a batt.  A batt will unroll into a large rectangle of wool.  It's a handy form if you felting -- pillow top, purse, slippers, wall hanging etc. 

This is local Merino, processed at the local mill.  It has some bits of grass in it, but it is Merino and wet-felts well.  The price is good, so you could use it for fill inside of a needle-felted form, and save the colored wool for the outside.  It may be hand-spun also.
