Rug Hooking Magazine is well-known among rug hookers.  It is published five times annually.  This is the January-February issue, the current issue. 

Inside you will find articles on all aspects of rug hooking.  There is information on dyeing, hooking techniques, and finishing.  There is an "events" calendar. This particular issue has Presidential Rugs, Color Movement, Sepia Portrait, Backgrounds-- a Design Challenge, Loyalists of Shelburne County, How to Hook Words Into Your Rug, and a pull-out pattern of Uncle Sam.

There are many color photos of hooked projects, and lots of good information.  It's always nice to see what other rug hookers are doing.
