We are rug hookers, spinners and felter’s at Legacy Studio. There are gorgeous fibres in Alberta and Canada that are great for hand-spinning and felting. We stock local yarns from ranches and mills in our area. We offer rug hooks made by Canadian craftsmen, and some lovely hand-crafted rug hooking frames. We produce our own hand-dyed wool for rug hooking and hand-spun, hand-dyed yarns.

We want to help you in your creativity! We stock 40+ colors of Merino Wool for spinning and wet-felting. We search for local Canadian products you can use in your art. We also bring in items from Europe, China and New Zealand that we think you’ll find inspirational.
