Legacy Studio began in 2005 with my own interest in fibre art. I’m a hand-spinner, rug hooker and felter. I enjoy the colors and textures of fibre. One can take a prairie-grown fibre add creativity and produce something to share with others. Legacy Studio meets the needs of artists, teachers and those across Canada with a creative curiosity.
Legacy Studio has all the supplies you need for hand-spinning, felting and rug hooking. We have a wide variety of fibres from Blue-faced Leicester wool to Pineapple. We stock hand-dyed silk fibre, 40 colors of Merino, Mohair Locks, dyes, and PreFelt. We support local producers. We offer spinning wheels, looms and books.
