Local Canadian Lopi-type yarn from an Alberta mill.
This is a single-ply, 100% woolen yarn of pure new Dorset wool. It is spun with a slight twist, giving it excellent wear characteristics and durability. Available in three natural sheep colors– natural white, a light heathery gray, and dark gray. Over-dye it, use it for a quick knitting project, or hook a rug with it. Use it for punch needle or weave it.
Each skein is 112 grams or 4 oz. and 137meters or 150 yards. For knitting, we recommend 5.5mm-6mm needles, 6.4sts/5cm. Hand wash.
