Ash is a useful medium gray.
It is a fine fibre– 22 micron Merino Wool Top. You can ply it with other colors and other fibres. It would blend with many colors. It is quite soft and nice to spin, or the perfect thing for felting, either wet or needle-felting. Not SuperWash, so no problem felting. “Top” means the fibre has been combed so that the short bits are removed, leaving the longer, nice fibres. Not SuperWash treated, so no problem felting. Carded Ash is also available in Corriedale.
Ash Merino Wool Top is packaged in 100 gram portions. (100 grams = 3.53 oz.)
