Batt: Merino/Nepps/Silk Noil

These batts are a blend of several colors of green Merino, multi-colored Nepps and green silk Noil. I have used batts like these to make a grassy meadow with wildflowers in a wet-felted landscape. Use PreFelt as your backing or compose your own. Merino will wet-felt very well. These batts would also make an interesting handspun yarn.

Batts are intertwined fibres processed using a drum carder making a light and fluffy rectangle of fibre of various weights. Alberta-made from Legacy Studio.
