This felting tool is used to rub the fibres during wet-felting so they felt together. It is plastic and fits onto your hand. It measures 10cm in width which is about 4 inches. It is 3cm high, or about 1 1/2 inches. It has bumps on the surface to agitate the fibres and encourage them to felt. Use it with olive oil soap so it glides across the surface of your wool.
