Natural white Merino Wool top. Great for over-dyeing. Merino is the standard by which other wools are judged.
This is a fine fibre– 22 micron Merino. “Top” means the fibre has been combed to align the fibres, removing the short bits and leaving the longer staple. Blend it with other colors and other fibres. It would blend with every color. It is quite soft and lovely to spin. It’s the perfect wool for felting, both wet-felting and nuno-felting onto fabric. Beautiful, soft, fluffy fibre.
White Merino Top is packaged in 100 gram portions. (100 grams = 3.52 oz.)
