Prairie Wool Felting Batt –Color #4 Dark Gray (second darkest natural color)
This is Merino/Rambouillet wool formed into a batt. A batt will unroll into a large rectangle of wool. It’s a handy form if you felting — pillow top, purse, slippers, wall hanging, cat cave etc. It may be hand-spun also.
This is local fibre, processed at the local mill. It has some bits of grass in it, but it is wool and wet-felts well.
The wool is an economical $32.95 per pound which makes it $7.25 per 100g. Each batt is a pound (454 grams) or more. We have batts in natural white, plus four successively darker shades of gray/brown, natural colors, each in separate listings.
