Really Red Merino Wool Top is a true red color. Neither orangey or too blue. This is a fine fibre– 22 micron Merino. “Top” means the fibre has been combed to align the fibres, removing the short bits and leaving the longer staple. Blend it with other colors and other fibres. it is quite soft and nice to spin, or the perfect wool for felting, both wet-felting and needle-felting. Not SuperWash treated, so no problem felting it.
