Three shades of gorgeous Teal wool– light, medium and dark with strands of Mulberry Silk and a little turquoise Merino make a beautiful batt. Hand-spin it or wet-felt with it. The fibres are blended and carded into a stripey mixture of color. Mulberry Silk is the best quality silk and also the shiniest.
Batts are intertwined fibres processed using a drum carder making a light and fluffy rectangle of fibre of various weights. Pull it into strips to spin or use sections of the batt for felting.
