Violet is a very dark purple, a blue-purple rather than red-purple.
This is a fine fibre– 22 micron Merino Wool Top. You can blend it with other colors and other fibres. It would blend with many colors. Merino is quite soft and nice to spin, or the perfect thing for felting, either wet or needle felting. Not SuperWash treated, so no problem for felting. “Top” means the fibre has been combed to align the fibres, removing the short bits and leaving the longer staple.
