Slubs are little bits of wool that may be used for texture when spinning, or wet felting.
Nepps are rounded, ball-like bits. Burrs are irregular and flatter. Slub is more elongated. They are all similar types of effect fibres. Slubs are dyeable with wool dyes. They add great texture to your felted or handspun work.
