Silk gauze is very popular for nuno felting. It is light-weight and airy with an open-weave so the wool permeates the fabric easily. This is 3.0 momme Black silk which is the perfect weight for Nuno felting. Extremely sheer and fine. Good for light scarves, veils, shawls and layered clothing. No color bleeding.
